Lynn, Mass. – Shore.Net is pleased to announce the launch of its redesigned website today, coinciding with the announcement of the company’s re-purchase by original founder Lowell Gray’s Pea Island Computing Corp.  The website can be visited at www.shore.net.

The site will feature a straightforward and clean new look to better guide users through Shore.Net’s services and support areas. Featured will be discussion groups that will inform the Shore.Net community as well as allow the company to better communicate with its users and actively learn how to better serve them.  Shore.Net sees this as a continuation of its longstanding commitment to its client base.  Other features of the site will include a client portal to webmail services as well as the Shore.Net Account Manager, a staple of previous company websites.

Shore.Net was founded in 1993 in Lynn, Mass. as a full-service Internet Service Provider, providing hosting and access services to the New England region. The company moved its Network Operations Center to the New England Telephone and Telegraph building in downtown Lynn after extensive renovations in 1998. This facility continues to serve as the staff headquarters for Shore.Net and its data center for all Internet access and hosting services.
